Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing Harmony Central. We are committed to delivering our wellness product to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer local delivery within Hong Kong and international shipping to select regions. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a product launch or holiday sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Local Delivery Methods
For Hong Kong orders, we primarily utilize SF Express to ensure reliable and traceable delivery.
• SF Lockers / Pickup Points: You may choose to have your order delivered to an SF Express self-pickup point. Please ensure you provide the correct site code during checkout.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email or SMS containing your tracking number.
4. International Shipping & Customs
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Harmony Central is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
• Compliance: Please ensure that the products ordered comply with your local import regulations.
5. Damages and Issues
Harmony Central is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value your experience:
• If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• You may also contact our support team at hcentral.hk@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you in the process.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
