Harmony Central was born from lived experience.

Corinne was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease over 14 years ago. Several years before that, she experienced severe anxiety accompanied by panic attacks — challenges she is grateful to have resolved without long-term pharmaceutical reliance.

Living with a chronic condition led her to ask deeper questions:

How can the body be supported safely?
How can resilience be strengthened without adding unnecessary burden?

With formal medical training in dentistry and advanced studies in psychology and behavioural health, Corinne combines clinical understanding with lived experience. Her long-standing practice of meditation and Tai Chi shaped her belief that healing requires balance — not force.

Over the years, she carefully researched and personally trialed supportive therapies grounded in scientific evidence and aligned with the body’s natural systems. Molecular hydrogen and therapeutic light became part of her own daily practice.

She does not recommend anything she has not personally used.

These are the same supportive tools she has encouraged her family and closest friends to use — because she believes in their safety profile and their ability to support resilience and symptom management.

Through her own experience, she has found them helpful in maintaining stability, easing discomfort, and supporting overall wellbeing.

Her belief remains simple and personal:

“I know what it feels like to be unwell.
I would never share something I would not use myself or offer to the people I love most.”

Harmony Central exists to make carefully selected, research-informed supportive tools more accessible — especially for those navigating chronic conditions, recovery challenges, or simply seeking to feel their best.
