H Light Neuro - Red Light Cap/ Hat

With a 200mm diameter and weighing just 0.11kg, this flexible fabric cap delivers 450 LED chips in a comfortable, adjustable design with a zipper for a perfect fit. Unlike heavy, inflexible helmets, the H Light® Neuro Cap is stylish, lightweight, and designed for daily 15-minute sessions at home.

Featuring 150 LED diodes emitting 670nm red light and 810nm near-infrared light in a scientifically optimised 2:1 ratio, the light frequencies penetrate into the brain to promote neurogenesis, enhance mitochondrial function, and support cognitive health. The 810nm wavelength is particularly effective for neurological conditions, while 670nm reduces inflammation and promotes cellular repair.

Three dynamic pulsing modes:

• Static mode - Steady therapeutic light for general brain and scalp health and hair growth
• 10Hz pulsing - Aligning with the Alpha brain wave, promotes brainwave entrainment, which may help to  promote relaxation and stress relief
• 40Hz pulsing - aligning with gamma brain waves, promotes entrainment, which may help cognitive function, focus and memory
