How to use

Face, Hands or Feet Soak

Simply dropping one tablet into a basin of warm water can make hydrogen water with concentration up to 1 ppm for face, hand or foot soak. The water can also be used for warm compress by soaking up a towel and placing it on the face or any body parts.

Hydrogen-Rich Bath

For a muscle-relaxing and skin-soothing hydrogen bath, place three to five tablets in a bath can make a hydrogen-rich bath of concentration reaching 1 ppm.

 Acute issues

To address acute issues, simply drop 1 tablet per liter of water in a bucket or bathtub and soak the affected area for 15 minutes.
